Jack Heinemann


Jack Heinemann is the director of the Wisconsin Security Research Consortium, a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering world-class science and technology solutions in response to our nation’s homeland security requirements. The WSRC was formally launched in 2005 by the Wisconsin Technology Council, the independent, bipartisan science and technology advisor to the Governor and the Legislature.

Over several years of experience, Jack’s built track record of success in international sales, management and manufacturing. Through this work experience Jack has traveled the world extensively has secured contracts in Europe, South America, Mexico and the Middle East.

 Prior to his position at WSRC, Jack worked at the University of WisconsinOshkosh in business development for the Center of Community Partnership and as an adjunct professor of finance and project management courses.

Jack background begins in earning his bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from UW-Madison moving on to earn his MBA from UW –Oshkosh. Following he obtained Managing International Alliance Certification from the University of Michigan - School of Business.

Born in Oshkosh, this Eagle Scout has participated in many activities that build communities including serving as the district chairman of the Boy Scouts of America. He’s held a position on the City of Oshkosh Planning Commission and the Oshkosh Cares Committee. And was a member of the American Association of Airport Executives and Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce.
